How long we keep information


We retain information on those who are active in our classes and for up to 7 years after you have attended our classes. For safeguarding purposes some data is held until children are 18, please contact us for more information.

Data processors


Banks' Business Solutions

This data processor does the following activities for us: Supports with the day to day administration of the dance school


Dance Teachers

This data processor does the following activities for us: Access class registers to mark attendance and have details of the students in their classes. 


Microsoft

Class Manager

This software is used to manage the day to day running of the dance school. You can read their privacy policy here: https://classmanager.com/privacy/
