Owen trained for 12 years at Warriorz Studio, where he also assisted with classes, before gaining his ISTD Associate and a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Performing Arts.

He joined Tenacity in 2020, starting with the Ferocity crew. Under his leadership, Ferocity earned Tenacity’s very first 1st place trophy at XDC in 2021. Since then, Owen has gone on to teach six competitive crews, all of which have competed at major competitions including BDO, UDO, XDC, and most recently the GDO World Championships.

Beyond Tenacity, a personal career highlight for Owen was headlining the Move It Main Stage with Bismark Anobah in 2024.

Owen’s main goal at Tenacity is to continually push his students to grow, improve, and pursue pathways where they can see dance not only as a passion but also as a career.

Abi began her dance journey with Tenacity at the age of six and has since performed in numerous showcases, including the annual school productions, the Ampthill Gala, and events at the Grove Theatre. In 2019, she began competing, which deepened her passion for dance even further.

At 15, Abi started assisting classes at Tenacity, sparking her interest in teaching. She went on to complete a Level 4 Diploma in Dance Teaching with the IDTA through Dance College London, receiving training in Hip-Hop, Commercial, Contemporary, and Jazz.

Since qualifying, Abi has taken on a range of teaching responsibilities at Tenacity, including one of our competition teams, Mini Dynamite.

Abi is committed to helping students grow not only as dancers but as individuals. Her goal is to create a supportive, inclusive environment where every student can learn, have fun, and feel truly part of the Tenacity family.

Hey, I’m Shaylah a street dancer with a passion for Hip-hop, Litefeet, Popping, and House. I’m proud to have many titles from being the UDO Under 18 Advanced Female World Champion and the Top Advanced Winner of 2022 to making it to the finals at the IDO World Championships 2023 in the Adult Female category. A few of my credits include, Performing on Davido’s Timeless European Tour in 2024, Dancing for Tyla at the Billboard awards 2024, and touring across Europe with Burna Boy in 2025!

Chloe-Jo trained at Strickland Cook Theatre School in Halifax and grew up competing in Festivals, Championships, IDTA Seminars and Miss Dance of Great Britain where she won numerous awards and achievements as well as being a Louise Browne Ballet Scholar for 7 years and training with Mr Michael Hampshire in LCM Singing Exams. 

Chloe-Jo trained at the prestigious Laine Theatre Arts on a Full DaDa scholarship in Musical Theatre and Dance and graduated early to be in the West End Cast of Mamma Mia. Chloe-Jo’s credits include being a Dance Captain, Swing,  Understudy and Principle Roles in Theatre + TV such as Big Night of Musicals, The Voice (ITV),  Miranda Hart; My Such Fun Celebration (ITV),BBC Children In Need, Rapunzel, Fairy Daffodil in Dick Whittington, Cinderella, This Morning, Dancing On Ice, Loose Women and working alongside celebrities such as Michael Ball, Ore Oduba, Ryan Thomas, Jane Moore, Miranda Hart and more. Chloe-Jo has spotify podcast interviews with Fit2 Talk, Behind the Curtain and Backstage Spotlight. Chloe-Jo also gigs across the country at parties, events and weddings and models ‘Level Dancewear’ as well as being a manager for a Children’s Princess Performing Company called ‘Once Upon a Perfect Party’. Chloe-Jo also choreographs routines for competitions and shows and directs events, performances and productions and most recently choreographed for UK Power Network’s Event in Hong Kong.

Chloe-Jo alongside her performing teaches and has over 15 years experience in schools and colleges across the country as well as internationally via zoom and has student success in the West End and IDTA Awards. Chloe-Jo is a member and holds teaching qualifications with IDTA, ISTD, NCDTA and Acrotrix.
