Tasmin Allen

Tasmin  joined her first dance school Aged 4 and trained there until she was 19.

She has many qualifications in dance including a BA honours which took a lot of hard work to achieve. She has training in many dance disciplines including Ballet, Tap  and Contemporary but her favourite and passion has always been Street Dance. 

Tasmin specialises in Hip Hop and Litefeet but is versatile in many styles.

Tasmin trains the Tenacity Elite Crews  for competitions, she also teaches for two other dance companies 

 Tasmin also competes in advanced categories of various competitions all over the UK. In  2020 She gained 2nd place for her solo and duo entries at SOAR UK and also gained 1st place for her solo at EDC 2020.  At Xtreme Dance  Challenge 2021 she gained 1st place for her solo piece.

Tasmin is passionate about teaching and sharing her creativity with Tenacity Dance.

Melanie Day has been performing since the age of 3 and is an accomplished Singer and Dancer.

She attended the North Herts College in Hitchin for Performing Arts and the Urdang Academy in Covent Garden London training in Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip Hop, Singing and Acting. Whilst there she attained a BTEC National Diploma and a  Professional Diploma in Dance and Musical Theatre

She has also attended many classes at Pineapple Studios (Covent Garden), trained with many of the uk's top choreographers and has spent 10 years dancing with the 'Younique' dance school based in Hertfordshire,

performing in many theatres and shows around the UK and London in all styles of dance. 

Melanie is thrilled to be sharing her years of expertise as a teacher for Tenacity Dance.

 Owen joined his first dance school Aged 6 and trained there until he was 12 and then moved to Warriorz Performing Arts Academy until present.

He will gain many qualifications in dance including a ISTD Teaching Qualification and a Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in Performing Arts. He has training in many dance disciplines including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary but his favourite and passion has always been Street Dance/Hip Hop. 

Owen specialises in Hip Hop but is versatile in many styles.

Owen trains the Ferocity Crew for competitions, he also will be teaching a freestyle class and the occasional general class.

 Owen also competes in advanced categories of various competitions all over the UK. In  2020 He gained 1st place for his solo and duo entries at SOAR British Championships and also gained 1st for Under and Over 16 SDI British Championships .  At Xstreme Dance  Challenge 2020 he gained 1st place for his solo piece.

Owen is passionate about teaching and sharing his creativity and freestyle with Tenacity Dance.
